Bambu Lab P1S Combo er uppfærð útgáfa af P1P og er þá kominn með plast hliðar og gler lok að ofan ásamt viftum að innan. Combo þýðir að prentarinn kemur með litastöð AMS (Automatic Material Station) sem getur prentað með 4 litum í sama prenti.
Það fylgir prentaranum þrjár spólur með um 250 gr. af efni á hverri spólu. Bambu Lab spólurnar eru endurnýtanlegar og hægt að kaupa áfyllingar á þær hér

Note: Plastic spools less than 67mm wide works best (ie. Bambu Filaments or PrimaSelect). Cardboard spools don't work well with the AMS.
