Siraya Tech Fibreheart PEBA 95A - 800gr.
PEBA efni frá Siraya Tech sem er 95A á mýktarskalanum.
PEBA skoppar mun meira en TPU efnin, þola betur kulda en TPU og oft eru þau hitaþolnari en TPU.
Siraya Tech Fibreheart Rebound PEBA 95A is an advanced elastic filament built on a nylon–elastomer copolymer. It combines strong chemical resistance and durability with a noticeably “springy” feel, giving printed parts high rebound and long-term elasticity. Compared to standard TPU 95A, it can produce lighter parts while still handling demanding functional use in areas like sports gear, robotics, and impact-absorbing components.
Key Features
- PEBA 95A nylon–elastomer material with strong, elastic performance
- High rebound with up to 78% energy return
- 15–20% lighter than typical TPU 95A parts
- Excellent resistance to oils, grease, fuels and many solvents
- Tough and fatigue-resistant for repeated flexing
- Recommended print temps: nozzle 230–260 °C, bed 60–100 °C
PEBA Elasticity With a Nylon Backbone
Rebound PEBA 95A is a nylon–elastomer copolymer designed for functional flexible parts. The nylon structure adds durability and chemical resistance, while the elastomer blocks provide smooth flex and fast recovery. This gives printed parts a firmer, more “responsive” feel than standard TPU.
High Rebound for Dynamic Parts
With up to 78% energy return, parts bounce back quickly after deformation. This makes the filament a strong choice for applications where movement, impact absorption, and repeated flexing are important, such as sports gear, wearable components, and robotics.
Lighter Than TPU 95A
Rebound PEBA 95A can produce parts that are roughly 15–20% lighter than typical TPU 95A prints. That’s useful in weight-sensitive designs like drones, athletic equipment, or moving mechanisms where every gram matters.
Chemical Resistance That Expands Use Cases
The material shows excellent resistance to oils, greases, fuels, and many industrial solvents. This helps parts keep their elasticity and surface quality in harsher environments compared to many TPU-based alternatives.
Printing Tips
PEBA benefits from dry storage. Dry the filament before printing when possible and keep it sealed between uses. Use a direct-drive extruder for best control, moderate speeds, and ensure consistent cooling to maintain smooth surfaces and reliable layer bonding.
