Heitur endi í Ankermake M5 sem þolir meira hitastig en venjulegi sem er með PTFE túbu að innan. Kemur einnig í veg fyrir slit á PTFE túbunni sem skemmist með tímanum á heitum endum sem eru ekki all metal.

Enhanced Durability and Extended Lifespan

The hotend features an all-metal tube, ensuring superior wear resistance and a longer lifespan.

Optimized Heating and Cooling Efficiency

The hotend employs a triple-rivet process that optimizes both heating and cooling efficiency. The heating and cooling components are crafted from chromium-copper alloy with a high heat transfer coefficient, which is three times higher than traditional brass. Additionally, the insulating component utilizes stainless steel with lower thermal conductivity.

Minimal Thermal Deformation and High-Temperature Resistance

The hotend exhibits outstanding stability during operation and boasts high-temperature resistance, supporting temperatures of up to 300°C without compromising performance.

Precise Dimensional Control for Smooth Extrusion

The hotend maintains a tight tolerance of 2μm, and this exceptional level of accuracy guarantees smooth extrusion. The overall extrusion experience is further enhanced thanks to the surface smoothness with a Ra value of 0.8.
