Size-Upgraded for Larger Capacity
The Mercury Plus V3.0 has received a significant upgrade in both its cleaning and curing capacity. With a 7.5L cleaning capacity, which is 114% greater than its predecessor (V2.0), and a 460% larger curing size, this model ensures that you can handle larger models or multiple prints in one go, boosting your efficiency and productivity.
Dual Cleaning Options
The Mercury Plus V3.0 offers two convenient cleaning modes to accommodate different needs:
Basket Cleaning Mode: Simply remove the model from the build plate and place it into the basket for direct cleaning. This mode accommodates a maximum wash volume of 230mm x 135mm x 260mm.
Hanging Cleaning Mode: Attach the build plate to the adjustable support brackets and begin the cleaning process. This mode can handle build plates up to 10 inches in size, with a maximum wash volume of 214mm x 135mm x 180mm.
These dual cleaning options ensure that no matter the size or shape of your prints, you can easily clean them to perfection.
Thorough Cleaning
The Mercury Plus V3.0 is equipped with an upgraded POM bearing to ensure smoother rotation and more effective water agitation at high speeds. This results in highly efficient cleaning and the complete removal of residual resin from your prints.
Powerful 360° All-Round Curing
The Mercury Plus V3.0 features a 360° rotating turntable and 24 powerful 405nm UV lights to provide even and thorough curing from every angle. The combination of lamp columns and reflective mirrors under the transparent turntable ensures light refraction, enhancing the curing process and improving the quality of the model’s surface.
Simple Operation, Easy to Use
With an intuitive touch panel, operating the Mercury Plus V3.0 is a breeze. You can easily track the wash and cure settings and remaining time, while the machine allows you to adjust both wash and cure durations (up to 30 minutes) to meet your specific needs. This ensures optimal results with every use.
Anti-UV Protection Cover
The Mercury Plus V3.0 is designed with an anti-UV protection cover that blocks up to 99.9% of ultraviolet rays, safeguarding your eyes during the curing process. Additionally, the built-in micro switch automatically stops the curing process when the cover is removed, enhancing safety and ensuring smooth operation.
Ideal Compatibility
The Mercury Plus V3.0 is compatible with most LCD, DLP, and SLA 3D printers on the market, providing an efficient post-processing solution for your prints. It is specifically optimized for ELEGOO resin 3D printers. For the Jupiter series, the build plate must be removed for cleaning, while for other models, please refer to the MAXIMUM WASH VOLUME in the specifications to determine if plate removal is required based on the height of your model.
