AM Hydro frá Diamant er vökvi til að gera 3D prent vatnsþétt og loftþétt. Einfalt í notkun og krefst ekki að hita. Þornar snögglega. Efnið er hitaþolið að 130°C
Hentar fyrir FDM prent og sléttir þau aðeins eftir meðferð.
Hægt að mála á prent, hella í td. vasa eða dýfa prentum í vökvann.
- Water-based sealing for 3D printing: environmentally friendly, solvent-free impregnating agent for precise, dense and clean 3D printed parts.
- Gas and waterproof: penetrates deep into the material and reliably seals the finest pores up to 0.2 mm – ideal for demanding applications in 3D printing.
- For many 3D printing materials: compatible with PLA, ABS, ASA and other common plastics - optimized for FDM and SLS processes.
- Easy to use without heat: apply by dipping, spraying, painting or injecting - cures at room temperature.
- Ideal for post-processing and finishing: hardens quickly and can be painted over well. Increases strength, improves shape retention - for a clean and professional finish.
- AM Hydro has a high temperature resistance - up to 130°C.
Painting:
Apply four times at 1-minute intervals and keep it moist for at least 5 minutes to allow the product to penetrate the pores deeply
Inject:
Inject Dichtol AM Hydro into the desired porous space and allow it to act for about 5 minutes. Afterwards, pour out the excess material.
Dipping:
Dip the object to be sealed in dichtol AM Hydro and remove it after approx. 10 minutes. Let the object drain completely.
The impregnating agent dries out within 24 hours at 20°C at 65 % relative humidity.
Storage: Store the unopened product in a cool and dry place (+5°C to +20°C).
